By using the Rawtell JSON inspection tool ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Rawtell is a debugging tool that parses JSON content — either pasted text (entirely in your browser) or fetched from a URL you provide (inspected server-side). The Service reports parse errors with exact line and column locations and, for URL fetches, reports HTTP response metadata.
You agree not to:
The Service fetches only the URL you provide. It does not follow links beyond the initial redirect chain (capped at 5 hops), crawl the target, or retry failed endpoints.
A host that is itself behind Cloudflare cannot be reached from the Service's server (Cloudflare Workers). Those hosts report as unreachable, which is a platform limitation, not a result about the target server's health.
The Service inspects the response body only when the content-type declares a JSON type or the body appears to be JSON. For non-JSON responses, only HTTP metadata is reported.
The Service does not currently offer user accounts, saved history, or persistent storage. There is no login, no dashboard, and no personal data collected. Each inspection is an independent, stateless operation. Any description of user accounts, saved history, or saved inspection data on the pricing page refers to planned capabilities for future paid tiers, not currently available features.
The Service does not send email, alerts, reminders, digests, or any form of notification. There is no email sender connected to this Service. Any page or feature implying email delivery is a description of a planned capability, not an available feature.
Rawtell offers three plan tiers:
A subscription grants access to the features described on the pricing page for the duration of the billing period. Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless cancelled. The Free tier requires no payment or account.
No payment processor is currently connected to this service. The prices above state intended plan structures. The mock checkout form on the pricing page is a demonstration only — no payment is taken, no card data is sent or stored, and no subscriptions are created. Once a payment processor (Stripe) is integrated, the billing terms in this section will apply.
When a payment processor is connected, a failed charge will result in up to three retry attempts over five days. If payment remains unsuccessful after the retry period, the subscription will be downgraded to the Free tier and access to paid features will be suspended until a new payment succeeds.
Refunds are issued on a case-by-case basis for genuine service defects or accidental duplicate charges. No automatic refunds are given. To request a refund, contact the operator using the means provided on the site. As no payment processor is connected, no refund mechanism is currently operational — this policy will take effect when the first payments are accepted.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, paid features remain accessible until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be made. No partial refunds are given for the remainder of a billing period.
The Service, its name "Rawtell", its visual mark (the stylised curly brace with magnifying glass), and all documentation are provided as a service by the operator. No intellectual property rights are transferred to users.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. THE OPERATOR DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT PARSE RESULTS WILL BE ACCURATE FOR ALL INPUTS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE OPERATOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF REVENUE, OR LOSS OF BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY.
No legal entity has been registered for this service yet. These terms are published as an operational statement. Until then, these terms represent a statement of intended operating practice.
The "Last updated" date above will be revised when these terms change. No separate notification will be sent. Continued use of the Service after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
